You can build and install Yaru-remix icons from source using Meson.
By default it installs to /usr/ but you can specify a different directory with a prefix like: /usr/local or $HOME/.local.
After which you should be able to pick any variant of Yaru-remix as your icon theme in GNOME-Tweaks, or you can set either from a terminal with:
# set the icon theme as Yaru-remix
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme "Yaru-remix"# set the icon theme as Yaru-remix-dark
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme "Yaru-remix-dark"# set the icon theme as Yaru-remix-light
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme "Yaru-remix-light"# reset icon theme to default
gsettings reset org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme
