Issue upgrading from 4.2.2 to 4.3.1 rails imports 4.2.2

I'm having an issue using the latest 4.3.1 gem.
I previously had 4.2.2 with rails.

I've updated my Gemfile and 4.3.1 is installed.
And I check the lock file it only has 4.3.1 in there.
However my Rails app is still loading the 4.2.2 version.

Any one know why this would happen?
It's doing it in dev and production.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Please fix it :)

I got around this by manually uninstalling the older gem: the server then started using the newer version.
